First make a naval invasion with 80%  unite force and a general  to Ireland , liberate Ireland and then move to Scotland ,

Move you navy as shown in the map to avoid fighting and losing the troops and the navy. Use the navy to travel the sea. Liberate Scotland as well now u have 2 extra units. Do not capture the countries, liberate them. This will cause Great Britain to bother you much less.

main thing is to attack Austria with Napoleon forces , straight to Vienna , take Napoleon with  1 other general , 2 full armies , Napoleon Leads whit 2 cannons 4 cavalry the rest soldiers and the best soldiers , support has 4 cannons 6 cavalry and the rest soldier , to replace , and support.


Do not raid Vienna .

This step continues until Prussia attacks you , you must have alliance with Hessen and the other German small countries as well , maybe you can join war with them , but actually if you know when you are in the mood attack.

You second plan is to settle the land under your command , so with your armies in Austria expand your teritory and liberate Hungry and Romania to keep your enemies busy.

Give your protectorates all technology u have so they are able to defend themselves and defend them at all costs. If possible try to gain something in return but don't be fussy.

Forge an alliance with Saxsony and Hessen and have a very nice relationship whit them to put Prussia in a hard positon.
Bribe other countries to trade embargo your enemies
and in Engeland in hatchur part raid all english cities to keep them in check and if possible raid london and bring all city to dust , the roial navy will not bother you any more.

English economy is based on sea trade. Never raid their sea trad roots or Ottomans will join war against you because of this. then you are ready to conqure the Prussia and Russia

Third part is Prussia

Make 4 Full armies in your stile and 1 supporting troops including canons and cavalry , the lead armie is napoleon's army
Go as shown below and finish them in few months , now u are most power full in the game , nobody can bother you.
Try to reach the best research position and just focus on Brandenburg and West Prussia to conqure the rest will fall very easy.


main point is attack in Winter to Prussia You go beside the coast and their reinforcement will come trough iced lands.

Always keep an eye on Russian armies they will come for their ally defenetly .

here is the result of my plan in this pictures you will see as i promised . but i changed the plan as ottoman empire refused the trade rights due to my blockades on English traders i think maybe england payed them off , i don't know so a new plan is now shown . so you must think carefully at the first time and do as you must to gain the advantage of it . so then you can experience the feelings and enjoy your life , because you made your turn and you know what you are . and what you want . so you will feel and that is what a man living for.the total war is finished by now today is 9/5/2010 .

the development

Yes they are focused on destroy you as soon as possible but i dont know wasn't my Economy deflect enough? I think i hadn't enough things to ruin their economy that time but you would know that i conquered Vianna this time .

and the naval forces of russia is made because they felt unhappy i was raiding the trade roots from the first place in the game . and Prussia is my ally awfully.

so my guess was true but i have to focus on my plan . on my winning plan in the game .

defend in total war

Because of the penalty of cold you can use this kind of defenses to have advantage in south with Austrian army. the pictures explain and you can calculate. that Austrian army would suffer from cold and fight with your home region and cant stay outside ether. in total war thanks to the great simulation there is no need to fight in winter for poor soldiers.

As planned before you had to construct ships in your southern dockyards to have all south for your nation .

Basics in Napoleon total war grand campaign strategies

It is important to stay focused and have the big picture in mind. Think about your plan. Napoleon was stable under fire. So you know your plan and never be afraid to loose . If you are afraid to lose you can begin the game with the easy difficulty and try your ideas. But even in the easy difficulty you have a limited time to achieve your goals.

But if you want to improvise, you need to have some thing is mind.


1 money: cash flow in this game is important you need loads of money you can gain money in various ways in Napoleon total war. You need to balance your budget and have some money left to construct buildings and upgrade them.

2 territory: one of the ways that gives you power is territorial expansion you need to think of ways to expand quickly.

3 Troops: you need troops in every front you open. You need troops in your home front as well because as France if Paris is fallen you will have a difficult time. You also need to balance your navy and army because you can only support a limited amount of troops.

4 characters: There are various characters in Napoleon total war like spies, gentlemen, governors and generals. If you are playing as France use Napoleon as much as you can and provide best troops for his armies because Napoleon does not die and he is the best. click on the links provided to get extra information about the characters.

5 strategic warfare: Some battles can be won just automatically. but in many cases you can lose less man and gain better result if you fight them in the battlefield. You might need to improve your skill on that. You can use custom battles and exercise. If you are new to Napoleon total war it is a must.

Spy missions in Napoleon total war

Hi . i want to write and describe about Spies in Napoleon total war . As you Know when a spy is in low rank chance to defeat is more than when he got experience.

So it is wise to send spies with gentlemen to a hostile or target city to create unrest. the spy will sabotage and the gentleman will create unrest.  If the spy doesn't stay in the city too much it is better . Of course you must built so many inns to recurit spies as much as you want. When you have a new spy and its Rank is 3 stars or less it is advisable to first infiltrate and then wait for the establishment of the spy ring and then sabotage. The chance of a successful sabotage is more if there is a spy ring. This will lead to your spy get more experience and good traits. If they find out who is he then change his place to the nearest target. If he is a very bad spy ( some spies perform poorly by default) just give him something he can't do and keep him in the same city to get rid of him. Next spy will have a chance to have better traits than the last one.

Never forget that first infiltrate because the risk of losing a good spy is not your winning plan in Napoleon total war.

In the picture above you see the unrest of lower classes are controlled by army so in the next turn after the spy ring is ready , to sabotage the army is a good solution to bring some unrest to Prussia.

As your invasion on English army goes on you must know they will not stand still and they will replay your action as it appears in below they would raid your ports using the far navy in Portugal coast , but they do not have any idea that our ships are coming their way immediately

We have to prepare in north and south to engage the English British army in Cordoba and Northern sea . Other money spent on the developing your basic economy stuff.

That's Better for you to let Austrian Army take the Bavaria and Wuttemburg and do not care about their cries . Because you are going to make them your own protectorates .so they will support you as you grown in the game . Your first objective is to destroy the Austrian army after they pinned in Wuttemburg and take the Vienna . also you must take the south seas by capture the Sicily and Naples and Sardina .After capturing Cordoba .

And also start good relations with Ottman Empire . They would be your best allies .pin the Russian army in the south and try to make the Ottmans have a conflict with them .

As you see the Austria is a easy plan . after they engaged in Bavaria and Wuttemberg you will destroy their tired Armies and Librate your new protectorates Then you have to make a good realation ship with Ottman Empire to Take your forces trough the sea to Little Tatari as shown on the below .

for force them You have to capture Cordoba before you start the Russian engine .so make an army in the south France as you start to make navies also in there . This is the attack map.

Never forget to have the Spain and North Europe with you then Start the blockade . I think then the england is crying for peace .
